Did the Department of Defense hire Moderna, AstraZeneca, and Merck to create the antidote to Duke University's 2015 SARS bioweapon research?

Duke's paper caused the ban of all GOF research in the US.

That's when Fauci, et al, moved it to the Wuhan lab.
The Wuhan research may have caused the pandemic.

If the first (pre Duke) GOF grants are contemporaneous with this article, then we KNOW why the CDC knew 'Warp Speed' was possible.

Are the same 'researchers' reaping the world's largest windfall profits as a result?

If so, everyone involved should be charged with terrorism and releasing biologic WMDs into the world.

Can DARPA Change Your Mind on Engineered Biology?

"A great example of this is our work with ModeRNA to develop a new RNA-based therapeutics platform to rapidly respond to infectious disease. ModeRNA has been researching mRNA therapeutics for safe and effective gene-based therapies. DARPA gave a seedling contract to the then start-up ModeRNA in 2013, providing the resources necessary to demonstrate pre-clinical efficacy of a therapeutic mRNA platform. This then led to the largest pharma licensing deal ever pursued based on pre-clinical data alone by AstraZeneca for $240M and Alexion for $125M soon thereafter. In 2015, DoD-relevant infectious disease applications of the platform were invested in further through a $100M licensing agreement with Merck and the ModeRNA spin-off company Valera LCC."

ModeRNA now has 145 employees and 45 preclinical product candidates and continues to develop RNAs for effective drug production in humans.

For more on DARPA's work on engineered biology, view Dr. Alicia Jackson's talk at the agency's recent Biology is Technology conference."

THANK YOU FOR THE BUMP.

People need to see this.
Someone out there can find the grant money trails, and who signed them.

I tried automatic writing in the 90s. I got "DARPA". Had no idea what that was at the time.

I know. Worse than nepotism.. It's happening everywhere in the world.
How have they convinced most governments to BUY the vaccines, FORCE citizens to take them, and give full immunity to the manufacturers for vaccine harm?
