And the amount in the ICU that are vaccinated are probably even higher than they're telling us.

Let's not forget they count anyone that dies from Covid within 2 weeks of being fully vaccinated as an unvaccinated death.

Soon, if they aren't already, they'll probably be counting anyone that hasn't gotten their third shot as unvaccinated.
As well as for at least two weeks after.

They also run the testing cycles higher for unvaccinated than for vaccinated

That's why they're desperate to ramp it up. The vax didn't get the full coverage in developed countries they wanted. They hate the thought of people not vaxing and waiting it out. The anger and desperation they feel about that must be overwhelming, and it will lead them to do anything at all to prevent it.
