Anyone can use translate.google.com and choose to translate documents.

I have been able to do this only in my laptop, mobile version seems to not have this option, but in my laptop using firefox browser, it offers the option of uploading a document for translation. This requires having the document already saved on your computer, of course.

CONCLUSIONS
A random sampling of vials of COVID19 vaccines has been carried out using the technique
coupled micro-RAMAN to characterize microscopic objects with appearance
graphene through spectroscopic signals characteristic of the molecular structure.
The micro-RAMAN technique allows to reinforce the level of confidence in the identification of the
material by image coupling and spectral analysis as evidence
observational studies that must be considered together.
Objects whose RAMAN signals have been detected due to similarity to the pattern
they unequivocally correspond to REDUCED GRAPHENE OXIDE.
Another group of objects present variable spectral signals compatible with
graphene derivatives, due to the majority presence of specific RAMAN signals
(band G) assigned to the aromatic structure of said material, in conjunction with its
visible appearance.
The research remains open for continuation, contrast, and replication. Ulterior
analysis with the described technique or other complementary techniques based on sampling
would allow to evaluate with adequate statistical significance the level of
presence of graphene materials in these drugs, as well as their characterization
detailed chemical and structural.
