I've shared this in many other threads, but it should be included here, too, so people understand the reason for the micronutrients and meds. This is based on the FLCCC protocol.:

Vitamin D3:
A powerhouse in immune system functioning and support gets converted into a hormone that activates genes/cells to get to work. The virus down regulates the Ace2 receptors when it binds, which causes inflammation and impacts cytokine production; sufficient vitamin D increases the receptor functionality and protects from injury. VitD also helps balance the immune response (seeks homeostasis) when needed.

K2:
Works synergistically with vit D. Vitamin D impacts calcium levels, and Vitamin K moves calcium into bones, teeth, areas where it should go rather than be deposited in soft tissue.

Zinc:
Reduces viral replication in the cells

Zinc ionophore (quercetin, bioflavanoids):
Transports zinc into the cells

Vit C:
Among a host of roles in the immune system, vit c neutralizes reactive oxygen species and is a regulator of cell membrane stability. Reduces inflammation, pro-inflammatory cytokines, C-reactive protein.

Melatonin:

Prednisone (or other steroids):

Antibiotic (Zpac, doxy, etc):
Treats secondary infections that could lead to conditions such as pneumonia

Seemed to me he was just joking about the ivermectin and believing CNN over his doctor. But he doesn't actually say if he took it or not.

Really? I thought he did at the end of the vid where he stressed his resistance but was following the protocol. I'd have to watch again to confirm as Pool's treatment decisions are not important enough in my life to etch the details into my brain.

I don't really know this guy but can say that the kitchen sink thing works.

I got a Zpack and albuterol from the docs. Did not get the antibodies of the nico-something, but I took everything else over the counter I could. Vitamins, querciten, zinc, d, c, melatonin....Lots of expectorant cough medicine.


I also took horse paste, but should have upped my dose to what the front line doctors recommend. I took like half of that.

I forced myself to eat even though everything sucked but I knew I had to eat.

Never had an issue with my lungs and SPO2 even though I had the cough and congestion etc. But I was tired. So very fucking tired for like 2 weeks.


I would take the antibodies for sure if I could do it again. I would have taken a lot more C and eaten more fruit. I would have made myself get up and move around more.

Took 3 weeks from the start of the sickness to feel 75%, then another 2 to feel 100%.


It sucked and I am done and have real immunity now. Fuck it.

Regardless of who this guy is or whatever, it is very important to share experiences and treatment. Most people are getting the sleep it off from the docs. Your health is up to you.

I worked through covid. My wife volunteered to work at an election office. When she got a cold the next day, I knew she had it. I started getting the cold and we both took about 2 pea sized servings of horse paste, and started drinking 3 Emergen-C packets a day.

Was very tired for a week or two, lots of aches and pains, but otherwise did fine.
