I'm an avid FJB shouter.
And I was talking with someone and they said "yea well Biden doesn't have anything do with what OSHA is doing."

I didn't have a rebuttal. Doesn't OSHA do what Biden or the administration tells them to do?

Legislation is a start, but the federal government has become a weaponized political entity. Therefore I hope the good Governor and the Florida legislature have a plan for secession on the table. It would be prudent.

it's 100% illegal. If it wasn't FJB would have just said it right in his mandate, everyone get vaxxed now. Instead he made OSHA do his bidding. That way when it eventually gets overturned he can point his finger at OSHA rather than have all the fingers pointing at him.

This is my understanding:
Biden/biden administration mandates the vax for companies
Then OSHA comes in to enforce those mandates
OSHA fines companies for not enforcing the mandate.

If Biden didn't make it a mandate then OSHA couldn't just magically say "we're going to fine your company for having unvaccinated employees". Or could they?


I need someone to explain it to me in simple.

Also a happy Floridian--except it's been raining the last 24 hours. I truly hope DeSantis will stay on as governor. He is a very clear and concise speaker. Yep, no teleprompter, no cue cards, and he's not reading his notes. It's all him.

He will fight this. I think Florida is the best place to fight it too. Where you live might make all the difference in the world. I would not like to be hanging out in a blue state when this all goes down.

SCOTUS needs to step in, without being solicited, and declare this action is unconstitutional and illegal as this action will create a national emergency. Ultra-rare but they need to stop this.

How will OSHA audit these companies and where will they start?

The Office of The Inspector General just recently in the past few months(Aug 2021) issued an audit of OSHA's records ofcovid relief funds.

Yes!! Though I'd settle for DeSantis if Rand doesn't run.

First of all, it's a mandate, not a law. Biden hasn't even signed an executive order yet and there's a reason for that. If he did do that it would be directly challenged in court and that would totally disrupt the plans of those wanting to force the vaxx on everyone who doesn't want to be vaxxed.

So instead, he has just handed if off to OSHA, which has no authority whatsoever to enforce vaxx mandates or any other sort of forced or coerced drug intake upon workers. They are the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and their function is supposed to be to insure safety in the workplace. Since the vaxx is experimental, there cannot be any edict that forcing people to take it is about "safety." So that is easily challenged in court. No matter how corrupt the courts in this country have become, including the SCOTUS, there is only so far they can go in ignoring the Constitution and the rule of law and this is just one example of a "bridge too far" coming from the Biden regime.

There are still yet other issues, such as how to enforce all of this and most especially the logistics of trying to enact and enforce this "mandate." This too is going to prove to be totally impossible. To provide an analogy, imagine if some state or local municipality created a law banning cigarette smoking inside of private residences. How would the cops enforce that?? They'd need a thousand times more cops than they have to even begin to try to do that. It goes on and on and on, but I think you get the point.
