Well - it took 75 points but now it say that this option is only for paid members. So I basically lost my karma for nothing and I guess it wont be returned.. Did you 'redeem' you karma? It's a two step process 1. Select karma prize 2. Redeem karma points for that prize Besides, a custom avatar for 1 month is 25, not 75  Some prizes are not automatically applied. After you've exchanged the karma you then need to activate it. Check the karma exchange page
