I wish this bothered their plans, but it doesn't.

Early in this year I was taken, unvaxxed, unconscious, by ambulance to the ER. They kept me overnight, but wanted to keep me longer - as a paying guest, but I refused.

I was on Medicare, and when I got an itemized statement, many of their charges were denied, making a $60,000 bill reduced to $6,000. For 5 months they kept challenging the declined or reduced items unsuccessfully.

For instance they wanted to call a few questions a test or assessment for which they charged several hundred dollars. There were several of items like that - to inflate the bill, because they didn't do anything to actually treat me because there was nothing to do since it was a reaction to Ambiem and just needed "tincture of thyme" to come out of it.

What alarmed me the most was they billed me for a covid test which was neg.

I am wondering if in the future they will deny me entrance to their ER since I am unvaxxed.

thanks for the responses to b.p. meds I am not sure what is the reason for 3 except I usually have drank too much beer over time . I am biabetic type 2 also. But when this crazy biden b.s. starts hitting us harder I don't like many others want to be without knowledge of how to survive if they pulled the meds card if you don't get jabbed all info is appreciated would like to get off these meds completely.

Fasting is a good way to get your sugar numbers down to normal, given enough time.

I realize most folks are broke, I also realize insurance co.s are scumbags, so pay them direct. Anything. Ask them who is volunteering, who took cuts in pay, and slip them some cash. Just a thought. Maybe cash in on some other insurance, convert it to cash, pay using that. BARTER, anything to make it through till spring.

Why do you need an exemption from something that is voluntary?

I have said this before and it's like the words were invisible to everybody. Get a Blacks law dictionary. Look up mandate / mandatory. Read the defintion.

A mandate is ENTRIELY VOLUNTARY. It requires your consent. English and Legalese are two different languages using the same words. They can mandate till they are blue in the face. Only effects people who consent to it.

I once had a doctor tell me ,when my spouse was in a respiratory care unit,that it wasn't fiscally feasible to keep him till he was weaned off the vent. They wanted to send him to a nursing home to do that. I literally watched the head MD of that unit warp from the MD to the CPA.
Two days after he was transferred to the nsg home,he was back in the hospital. It seems they make a lot for a new admission than for one thats using resources. Its ALWAYS about the money in healthcare.

The hospitals are not screwed...the PATIENT will be screwed. Some facilities can just stop taking patients with CMS coverage.

I Think they stopped worrying about medical ethics long before covid. In fact it's precisely due to lack of medical ethics that covid even exists. If scientists and doctors collectively refused to research using aborted fetus cells, we would even be talking about this shit right now.
