No, people in my family get an above average number of nosebleeds from dry air in winter. That is not a normal nosebleed, never seen anything like it before.

We need to have antidotes to those on hand, just as people got HCQ or Quercetin on hand and didn't have to worry about Covid. That's why they were unsuccessful in forcing everyone to take their Covid vax.

We need to lay in supplies of non-vax antidotes for the next bad stuff that could be passed around.

OP, if you haven't had your creatinine and calcium blood levels checked in awhile you might want to do so.

I was taking 80,000/day of D3 for about 3-4 years back until March 2018. My creatinine level was over 6.0 (should be 1.0 to 1.4 range) and I spent 5 days in the hospital on IV while they flushed all the excess calcium out of my kidneys. My kidneys were down to 9% functionality and I was a day away from dialysis. I had no symptoms other than high blood pressure and no pain from kidney stones.

Yeah my blood work is always perfect, I get it done 3 times a year at the VA. My Doctor knows I take 40k IU daily of Vitamin D3. He takes 10,000 IU daily as well.

Yeah, I get mine checked on my own at Quest Labs about every 8-10 weeks.

A brief search on duckduckgo, about the same level of effort needed to discover zinc ionophores were useful back around Jan. or Feb. 2020 for Covid, has yielded some ideas although less optimism regarding prophylaxis for Marburg.

Marburg, like Covid, is a single strand RNA virus. Therefore it seems that zinc will inhibit its replication within cells.
However it seems not to replicate in ACE2 cells, as does Covid, but in endothelial cells (the inside linings of blood vessels). HCQ seems not to be the most effective ionophore for those cells.

Here are suggestions for zinc ionophores that may work: pyrithione and hinokitiol

I haven't looked to see if there are herbal or cheap generic versions of these.

It's also possible that serrapeptase would help as it is a general antiviral that breaks the proteins of a virus down into amino acids.

And ivermectin the wonder drug might work too.
