Quoting: IamShado Employees at organizations with 100 or more employees were required to get the Covid vaccine by Jan. 4 or be tested for the virus regularly to avoid receiving devastating fines under the unconstitutional Biden order. The vaccine mandate is not a mandate, Old Slow Joe made it a job requirement! The difference is that you have a life built around your job as negotiated. The employer is now changing the terms of your employment. The employer has the right to change the terms of employment but if I am no longer a suitable employee based on the changing needs of the company then I should be let go "without cause" and provided with severance. This is not happening. It appears the people that have been let go are being let go in a "with cause" manner and not being compensated. Therefore it is a job requirement and this mandate is wrong. |
