Does anyone know if this was ever on Mexican TV?

I believe you are correct, I lived in Mexico for many years and this is how the mexis show/like their humor. Trolley. Like I have stated more than once already, it doesn’t matter if it’s humor, they are at the same time mocking and normalizing the phenomena. This next video was a canal 13 de Puebla news report from May 29th 2021, clearly not humor, where they show the magnetism and propose it’s a way to know you got “the good vaccine”.
