Quoting: Grove Street (revived) it might educate a lot of people. some might actually understand the scientific method as we get to witness a clinical trial from start to end on a large global population...in live time... usually these trials are done before approval, and can take years, and only a few get to witness what happens to the trial participants. or read the reports this time we got a front row seat.. over something with a 99.9% survival rate. what a fucked up world. It's not about the scientific method really, it's about the procedures followed when researching and producing pharma drugs... But indeed this time with the COVID vaccines, we have seen that although clinicals trials on animals resulted in their deaths, no follow-up trials on humans were done, and the vaccines were put on the market anyway. This is what I remember from all I found on the net in late 2020.... |

The mRNA cannot enter the nucleus, so the two nucleic acids are never in the same place in the cell. Also, RNA is not DNA. So, if a person’s DNA was going to be altered, the RNA would have to be made into DNA. This would require an enzyme called reverse transcriptase. People do not have this enzyme, and only some viruses do. Coronaviruses are not one of them. Viruses in the Coronaviridae family have single-stranded RNA, known as “positive-sense” RNA. This means when coronaviruses enter the cytoplasm, they do not need to be transcribed. Proteins can be made directly from the virus’s positive-sense RNA. In this way, the mRNA vaccine acts the same way, delivering mRNA to the cytoplasm for direct translation into protein. Maybe I am missing something there, but I don't see how this is possible. Nano-lipid encapsulation is how it accomplishes entering the nucleus. [link to www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov (secure)] To function in vivo, lipid nanoparticle–mRNA formulations need to overcome multiple extracellular and intracellular barriers7,11 (Fig. 3a). First, mRNA needs to be protected from nuclease degradation in physiological fluids7,11. Second, the formulation should evade the interception by the MPS and clearance by renal glomerular filtration post systemic administration7,11. Third, lipid nanoparticle–mRNA systems need to reach target tissues, followed by internalization by target cells7,11. Finally, mRNA molecules must escape endosomes to reach the cytoplasm, where translation occurs7,11. Hence the micro bubbles Marxism is the true enemy of our civilization.
