tinctures are super simple

fill a quart jar with MJ (whole plant, leaves, stems, seeds, roots - even male plants work) , cover with 90+% Alcohol over night (or longer) shake well and strain twice with coffee filter - back into a smaller jar, cover with another coffee filter, held in place with a rubber band ... and let it sit until almost all the alcohol evaporates (a week or more), but you can still pour it into a small (vitamin) bottle with an bulb dropper
