A few weeks ago I dabbed some of AJs iodine supplement on my pinky and rubbed it up the inside of my right nostril and it went away. I do think you're onto something. |

I don't know about ingested seafood though, these coasts have as much heavy metals and antibiotics as other places do lack of iodine. Italy was crushed and is a giant island essentially. But what's more...if you do the search for actual research papers studying this they researched the gargle and nasal iodine swabs months ago...they show it actually works. Many of them, probably most, understand there are many easy methods of prophylaxis and early treatment much safer than vaxing. But if they help you with any of them, they have done something that might inhibit vaccination. And they have been told their licenses could be at risk if they do anything to reduce vaccination or increase vaccine "hesitancy". However they're allowed to skip the vax themselves (maybe not if they have to go into hospitals to see patients) if they don't tell you. Needless to say, trust in the medical system will never return as long as the generation alive now is still alive. . Couple drops in the nose a few times per day and gargle one or two times per day. You can get it a CVS in 10% solution. Just mix 9 to 1 with saline. Don't use it all the time though.
