Actually, you have to read the gospel and believe in what it says, yet crying to the sky if the right cry is given will get you there faster with more understanding it is not painful as some seem to think. I know people are scared to believe, or think it scary for some odd reason. It is not a punishment to believe, oh you have some hard times, you hang tough because Satan is out to get you more as a new believer and some older ones at weak times. With prayer and asking the Lord God to guide you even the bible opens up more with greater understanding.

I've been trying to take things day by day, focusing on the things I have some control over and trying to maintain a healthy, balanced state of emotional energy.
