I had similar experience in college, partying every night no sleep, little food but didn't care having non stop fun, then one night I came back home to bed from a night out at a club, live music and as I go to sleep I am suddenly back in pub, could hear the live music, feet shuffling,glasses clinking and distinct intimate conversations. It was very intense auditory wise but physically I was at home in bed, it continued into the night (pubs open to 4am in NY then) the next morning I could hardly move been diagnosed severe mononucleosis (mono) became very psychic for several years like the poster said. I am convinced I spirit traveled that night as I was probably close to death, to this day if I don't sleep and eat well I become very physic
