The doctors I work with are telling me they were told they will lose their license to practice if they don't promote the shot and will be especially punished if they provide medical exemptions for people. If they publicly state that it is dangerous, job and license are gone even more quickly...

So they are all taking early retirement, and already there is a shortage.
