These ppl are filling a void that Q himself left. They are not entirely lunatic, since Q is obsessed with the Kennedys. However, it is obvious Q did not pan out as he led ppl to believe, and at some point a person has to face the sad fact that it is more sensible to focus on more practical real things.

It was a lot of fun while it lasted and the Hopium was addictive.
