Well, Biden is one of those people that thinks he always knows everything that is going to happen -- even though he barely knows what is going on right now.




He's probably pissed that Ukraine actually worked things out with Russia (with the help of France and Germany) and that his expert services were not needed.



I'm hoping the Normandy format ceasefire holds myself, but as I said before I know better than to hold my breath.
