So...nosey old ladies think about these things! What will Turkey DO with it? Will they keep it for their own profit or will they do the right thing?

They have already released lots of grain to make up for what the Russians are doing.


They are doing this FOR Ukraine.

Ukraine asked them to interdict the stolen grain.

In this case, the Turks actually are the good guys.


I'm still very wary of Erdogan, but as a country they are pretty much on the right side, in my opinion.

My question is: how will the Russians react to their ship full of stolen grain being seized?

That's good! I don't trust Erdogan, never have. That said, the people of Turkey are in the same situation as most of us. Corrupt government and the good citizens have little to no say in things. I haven't known many people from Turkey, but the ones I knew were very good people.

I suggest both sides refrain from certain actions:


One: Belarus should refrain from entering the conflict on the side of Russia.


Two: Lithuania should not expand sanctions on Kaliningrad and Norway should not try to enforce a blockade or embargo on Svalbard.



I do not expect either side to take my advice.
