So that nuke plant and bakhmut appear to be the pivot points of the entire war right now from what I can see professor.

The Crimea strikes are definitely helping buy the Ukrainians breathing room by forcing Russian tac air deeper into Russian territory for safety while on the ground, but the question is will it be enough to help the ukes blunt the offensive we know is coming towards the end of August?

If the Ukrainians can keep bakhmut and a couple other key areas through the offensive in the next couple weeks this conflict essentially goes into frozen mode for the fall and winter.

The other really pressing question is whether or not someone gets a piece of that nuke plant in the next 28 days which would drastically change not just the war but life for everyone on earth.

I sincerely hope that nobody does anything stupid that can't be taken back in the name of expediency or desperation
