Ukraine War: Russian Military Divisions Exposed As Top Army Chief 'Dismissed'

A top Russian commander has been axed in a further sign of divisions at the top of the country’s military, according to British intelligence.

General Colonel Mikhail Teplinsky was one of Moscow’s key operational commanders in Ukraine.

However, the UK’s Ministry of Defence say he has “likely been dismissed” as a result of a power struggle among the Russian top brass.

In their latest intelligence update, the MoD said: “Teplinsky was the officer on the ground in charge of Russia’s relatively successful withdrawal from west of the Dnipro in November 2022, and he has received praise in Russia as a capable and pragmatic commander.”

I just don't see either of those things happening right now...barring unforeseen circumstances.


If Russia uses WMD's...all bets are off in my opinion.

At least tanks -- and maybe some jets are on the way.


There is reason for hope, but things are possibly very much at a tipping point either way.

I don't see that happening any time soon either -- again...barring unforeseen circumstances.

I could see a justification for mercs maybe though I am against them in general.

The decision has been made by those who rule the world, as can also be seen by recent Kissinger remarks, still one of the Thinktanks of the rulers.

And there are already 25 additional private armies in Russia besides Wagner and Khadyrovites.
Apperently oligarchs are positioning themselves for the time after Pootin.

Icelandic media is pushing the "we need to prepare for escalation, possibly nuclear in response to the tanks" rhetoric.

Russia wants the world's sympathy now.

Too late.

Nuke or not Russia is preparing to be invaded. The placement of anti air in Moscow means they think something is on the horizon.

If that happens it will happen in stages.


We are not at the nuclear exchange stage.


Right now I am most concerned about other nations entering the conflict directly, such as Belarus, or Russia choosing to use WMD's in Ukraine.


Hopefully both never happen or we move to the next stage.
