Quoting: Justme C'est Moi He weighed around 450 lbs most of his life and 5 ft 8 tall, chain smoked, and would drink a fifth of whiskey in the evening like it was a bottle of soda. I think he died prematurely at around 98 years old. LOL. When he was like a superman. He could lift the back end of a huge car and put it on jack stands. He could do a bunch of chin ups on the hay rack using just his one little finger (when he was on the farm and not so heavy) My dad was about the same strength, but was never over 300 lbs and 6 ft even. He didn't drink at all, and only smoked 2 packs of Marlboro's a day. He died at 87. Had a great, great uncle who was alive when I was little boy. He died at 97, just shy of his 98th birthday. He was 6'9" 325. He smoked, drank. Got remarried at 58 to a 31 year old waitress, quite the scandal in his day. his 56 year old, 120# wife died of cancer. He had six kids with two wives. Five with wife one, one with wife two. I loved him dearly. He was a combat engineer in WWI. He was cool as hell. He wasn't a front line guy because of his height, but he also served in WW2 in the Reserves. In early 1900s, he and his brothers, one a short fat bastard that lived to 84, shot out the electric street lamps in Eufaulua, Oklahoma because their cousin lost his job lighting the old gas lamps. I used to have the newspaper article. It was freaking hilarious! They all did their 30 days and a couple of them found their calling as electricians because they had to repair the lamps! Crazy as hell, but true. Cool. Oklahoma sure grows some big dudes. Justme |

Had kids, got my weight back without effort. I had no idea what it was like to diet. Quoting: AfterAll And then... The year I turned 50, it happened. I couldn't fit into the same clothes. I dieted and found out, DAMN, it's hard to do. I can't eat just anything any more. So I'm not obese, but I am overweight...and I have no clue how to get back to where I was. I tried all the fad diets. I tried intermittent fasting. My body just got used to the schedule and I still wanted to overeat. I'm always hungry. When you're that big the hormones in your body aren't even functioning correctly and whether or not people smell your BO, they can smell, subconsciously, your fucked up hormonal balance. Yes, they make your life miserable, so you end up soothing yourself with cheap entertainment that you can afford. Hi carb highly processed food, music and TV/ movies and video games. You get fat. Gym memberships take time and money to get fit and you crave the highly process high sugary content foods, because sugar is addictive. Life is complicated and thus you eat your emotions. Clothes are expensive too. So as you eat, stay contained, entertain yourself in your prison, and grow you spend. Great if you work and fall short of ever collecting SSI. Your money you contributed too in SSI, is set aside for your care is released form the US treasury upon your death to pay down the national debt. Again even better if you never reach the age of retirement. So do you really think bankers care? Hell now. Your existence is nothing but a useful tool for them. Who cares if you die, there is another to replace you that they won't care about either. |
