I voted for miss trial but I would have voted for a hung jury. If it was there.

And that is so true. If Kyle would not have defended himself he could be dead or so severely injured maybe even paralyzed.

But, the jury instructions given by the Judge left the impression that they HAD TO find him guilty of SOMETHING.

If he was going to be acquitted, the jury would have returned a verdict of "Not Guilty" fairly quickly.

You have to get 12 people to agree, and that jury is just as divided as we are.

Actually, typically the opposite is true. The longer the jury deliberates the more chance the jury will be hung. It means they dont agree.

Kyle's lawyers need to step up and deman mistrial with prejudice. They have it, ADA gave tampered evidence and it was proven in front of the Judge. Stop the without prejudice and get it done. I think if a guilty or hung jury comes back the Judge will grant it....But they have to file the motion and request it FIRST
