I'm an old man and I remember when I was younger the sun was a Golden Globe in the sky. Why are none of us seniors talking about the fact that the sun is lit up so brightly and white that the outside is lit up like you're under a spotlight? What is going on that the powers-that-be are not telling us?

Our true Sun is shutting down, now a darkening magenta color, as it prepares to evolve to the 5th dimension. Our entire solar system is going 5D.

Those in power knew this and installed a simulation to pose as our Sun, while this shift happens. Imagine the panic if the Sun started going dark.

Think about it. When the sun's output is high, it puffs up it's corona which causes less light to penetrate it. When the sun's output is low it's corona recedes and allows more light to penetrate. However that is not the reason the sun is brighter and whiter.

OP, out magnetosphere is on a downswing. It happens every 12,000 years. When we travel through that wrinkle in the galactic equatorial magnetic sheet it causes all celestial entities to fluctuate, including our magnetosphere. We are at the threshold of grand solar minimum as well. It just so happens to harmonically coincide with the 12,000 year cycle. The brighter whiter sun is just the beginning of the show.

Sadly most people by now with half a brain that stand in the sun for a few minutes instinctually know something is wrong....the Sun now just BURNS your skin in a way that it didn't not that long ago.

Our magnetosphere is shrinking, as the Sun has not pumped out it's usual low C and M class flares that actually beef up our protection layer.

I just hope and pray that this event is still a ways off...a magnetic pole flip would make any Roland Emmerich movie seem like a Disney flick in real life.

been talked about it a great deal the past few years on glp it does draw much scoffing and the threads seem to get buried. There is no denying it is crazy bright/strong especially compared to the mellow golden one from the 70s or so. Do not leave out the Moon it is much brighter nowadays as well, not long ago I put a thread on here remarking on how the Full moon made light patches on my floor/carpet inside my home... that right there? SO Far from normal and in the past.

The moon tonight is like a beacon. I’ve seen it bright as day on the snow at night now and then each winter, but tonight, it’s really weird - as if it’s glowing.

And yes, I’m an old-timer too and I remember the sun being yellow. It never would have occurred to me as a kid to color the sun white. I remember when I first noticed the change in it, too. It was around 1995. Even inside I felt I should wear sunglasses. It was so white and bright.
