Literally from the OSHA response in that article...
"OSHA intends to resume implementation and enforcement of the ETS following litigation, if permitted"
^ this doesn't sound like a full suspension to me. It sounds like they're waiting for the 6th Circuit to rule on this, and if it goes in their favor they'll immediately re-instate it.
