^ this doesn't sound like a full suspension to me. It sounds like they're waiting for the 6th Circuit to rule on this, and if it goes in their favor they'll immediately re-instate it.

I was just denied a great job because I'm not getting the vax. This shit is out of hand, and anyone who lets it get even this far is a POS in my opinion. It's good that things are turning back in the right direction, but even allowing it to get this far is a very bad sign.

No word on the federal contractor or CMM mandate yet.
