How many of the jabbed actually signed a waiver informing them of that fact? As for the doctors and health officials, following orders and mass hypnosis aren't valid legal justifications for violating existing laws. Nor does the liability shield extend to them if those provisions of the EUA are violated. The EUA itself is invalid if criminal intent can be proven. There is no shortage of evidence of that either. The hole gets deeper. Exactly. Employer mandates are illegal also.
