This is exactly what they are doing. Major hospital just rejected a friends well written exemption. Said that she was exempt from the J n j because it contained fetal cells but had to take one of the others that are tested with but dont contain them. They said because many over the counter items are tested with she was declined.

No appeal, Complete assumption and No proof that she even takes any over the counter medications at all. Completely illegal.

She needs to refile for the exemption. The exemption has nothing to do with fetal cells - they're just a popular approach to writing the exemption. If God in your heart tells you that you may not take any injection that affects your immune system, that's enough! It may be a harder sell, but it's quite valid. Most corporations and universities don't pay much attention to individual rights until they get served with a summons to appear in court. You can fight them pro-se and cost them a bloody fortune. You can keep going at it much longer than they want to pay for lawyers and fees.
