Would you export firearms to nations that want to fight the vax mandate?

Just a question, countries that banned firearms put the citizens at disadvantage if they want to fight back their governments.

Are Americans open to exporting/selling firearms to rebels that need them for insurrection against vax mandates ?

This is assuming the American govt itself is not allowing it but do they exist private firearm/gun manufacturers from US that would do this ?
