I guess it just means Buttigieg will run with Biden in 2024. The ticket will drop Kamala! and put in Buttigieg, who will look very good if he doesn't screw up the infrastructure projects he'll now get to oversee.
Yes, Biden just said he plans to run in 2024. I never thought he had Alzheimer's, but he is just too old.
