Joe Biden can't replace his VP - she has been elected by the voters and this has been ratified by Congress.
She can resign, be impeached or he can pick another running mate for 2024 - but she can't just be removed at his say so.
Yes Congress could remove her - but what a bad look for the Dems to remove the first woman POC VP.
Not going to happen.
