That kid certainly could be a young Kyle. With all of the MK Ultra and Pedophilia rumors tied to DC, it wouldn't be a surprise if this turned out to be true.
As far as the distraction goes, maybe it's all just about pushing as far as they can to see what society will take before it breaks down. Soros has made his goal of destroying the USA open knowledge for many years. Why should we think he's the only one?
