Marduk (Mar Duch) literally means Spirit of Death. In Poland the death goddess was still worshipped in the Middle Ages and our rightful king is none other than Death, the Destroyer of Worlds. There's actually an epic 19th century poem titled King Ghost and it's about just that. I'm wondering that perhaps Christ and Antichrist are really the mythical/legendary divine twin brothers, like Leli and Poleli, or Castor and Pollux. Christianity took over most things from ancient traditions, but not the myth/legend of twin gods/heroes?
