It's gonna come back guilty.
Jogger clearly charged the guy with the shotgun and tried to turn it on the shotgun guy...but they've pretty much decreed that you're not allowed to even entertain the idea of self-defense in this case because of the circumstances.
Quoting: Cannabis Thrills People!.... The jogger was trying to keep from being kidnapped or worse. If it had been a female jogger being chased by three men, would you also deny her the right to fight for her life?
