That filthy jogger was there to do crime.

Forget the legal system and OLD WEST IS BEST!
Past record Arbery was arrested and CONVICTED for theft of a TV at a Walmart as well... It's clear to me that the rash of thefts in that neighborhood were probably being caused by Arbery and maybe his friends as well.
