I have to add this- They were ON THE PHONE with the police at the time of the incident. He ran around the truck and tried to take the shot gun! This goes back to the basics of protecting your community from crime. We have a right to protect our home and our neighbors homes, and neighborhood from criminals! Aubrey could have ran a multitude of ways away from the guys, but he choose to run right to them! Each state is different with regards to local laws. Not to mention this incident was a few doors down from the McMichael's house, not like it was a blocks away. Play stupid games by trying to take the man's gun, win stupid prizes by getting shot. Maybe common sense needs to be taught in schools!
