NEWSMAX just announced the three men will face hate crime charges in February.
Quoting: nutmeg Do all the black people that kill white people, get charged with hate crime ? asking for a friend McMichael stood over his dead body and shouted out the N word. Who cares what name you call someone after you murder/kill them. It is the act of killing them that matters. It shows the hate crime motive.
