Do all the black people that kill white people, get charged with hate crime ? asking for a friend
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78494304 McMichael stood over his dead body and shouted out the N word. Who cares what name you call someone after you murder/kill them. It is the act of killing them that matters. It shows the hate crime motive. If a man shoots a woman in an altercation with many facets and then calls her a c-nt or crazy b!tch as she lays dying, it doesn't mean he shot her because she was a woman. Maybe he would have shot another man in the same situation.
