ALERT: Scientist says Earth's Magnetic Poles are Flipping Right Now!

Scientists are not sure what is causing the rapid decrease, but this pattern is thought to occur whenever Earth's magnetic poles are about to flip, an event that happens about every 100,000 years. According to scientists' best estimates, the field is now weakening around 10 times faster than initially thought, losing approximately 5 percent of its strength every decade. But they don't really know why, or what that means for our planet. The poles are starting to flip now! Brace yourselves because this will be a tough pill to swallow but you really need to know so you can prepare for whats coming!

First their will be denial as there always is when crisis strikes. Thats to be expected.
The pole reversal will begin slowly. Weather will get worse because solar winds effect the weather. Dr David Suziki did a documentary on CBC showing how space weather solar winds cause changes in the upper atmosphere. Our weather is about to take a turn for the worse because the magnetosphere is getting very weak. In fact, theres a magnetic anomaly over the Altantic and its growing bigger. The magnetic North pole is on the move at a rate of about 45 miles a year and its not stopping. We are in big trouble. Heres what you can expect.

The ozone hole will grow larger and larger until it encompasses the entire northern hemisphere
Cosmic radiation will begin to reach the planets surface and cause health problems like cancer, heart attackes, strokes, dementia, etc...

The weather, as I have said, will get much worse due to the thining of the earths protective shield.
Ares of earth will uninhabitable because of super storms, cosmic radiation, sea level changes and volcanic activity will increase causing a whole raft of other problems like high volumes of ash and smoke. Techtonic plates will be on the move. Super volcanoes will emerge. Yellowstone will most likely become active again and new super volcanoes will appear out of nowhere.

Comunications will collaps entirely, meaning no cell phones, no internet, no computers. All satellites will be knocked out. The power grid will go down. There may be a few exceptions to that last one but for the most part the average citizen can expect power to shut down and stay down.

Infrastructure will decay, the supply chains cut off. Most people will die!

Airline travel will be out of the question due to dange from cosmic radiation. Electric cars will be useless.

Many people will simply give up, others will simply go mad. Only a few will make it through.

Yes but I heard the process can take hundreds of years to complete...

It will definitely happen at some point and there will be no stopping it. I think it is gradual at first and then BOOM....it snaps into it's new alignment. That's how they find mastadon's flash frozen with fresh grass in their mouths.

You could be right, or it might take years. Meanwhile our magnetic field will be very weak and we will be exposed to a lot of harmfull cosmic radiation. Our weather will take a turn for the worse creating super storms the likes of which we have never seen. We may see tecktonic plates split apart and half the oceans could be swept away in the extreme solar winds buffeting the Earths surface.

I for one think we are doomed!

You realize magnetic pole reversal don't equal crust reversal, right?

If the crust reversed, then there would be no trace of past reversals. Plus the mantle isn't liquid like water, it's solid rock that's really hot and dense, floating crust is second grade science class where everything is dumbed down.
The mantle shifts over time due to pressure and heat taking the crust with it, the crust is dry and brittle so it does what it does.


If you think the earth is gonna flip over, you have bigger problems than the pole reversal.

Its just the magnetic poles that reverse but the cosmic rays and the gamma rays will cause extreme emf waves under the earths crust ripping apart the plates and exposing huge lakes of lava over a third of the planet. Oceans will be swept away. The rest of the world will become desert like mars.

1 star for an ignorant thread title and a poor understanding of the science. "Pole flips" do not occur instantaneously. They occur over a relatively short period of time, geologically speaking, but definitely not like Hollywood would like you to believe.

We have enough real doom going on in the world right now without this crap.

Th path of the upcoming solar eclipse on Dec 4th, 2021 will be in the southern hemisphere. The epicenter will be over Antarctica, but it will go from southern africa, to the tip of South America and over past the southern edge of Australia.
Eclipses usually have an impact on the exposed geographical areas. It could influence a pole flip. And it could impact the thinning magnetosphere.

The ozone hole over the South pole is a huge gapping hole in the atmosphere. The one over the North pole just closed but it was the largest and most persistent this year. The Earth ia changing.
