They probably do a social credit score type thing and give all the crappy death shots to conservatives, Christians, ethnic and racial groups they don't like, poor people, vaccine holdouts and the disabled and elderly who are drain on the system. Plus all those government workers that will collect a nice big fat government pension in a few years time when they retire. The government could sure save money if they killed them with the shots.
