I have wondered about the vaxxines in general ever since my last tetanus booster.
I had cut my hands doing home reno work and was waiting in a room at the hospital for my shot with another guy.
We were both getting the same thing at the same time.
The nurse walks in with the shot, prepares it and looks at me, she does this thing with her head then asks me if I am here for the tetanus shot.
I say yes. She still gives me a weird look then asks if I am Mr so-and-so. I say no, that's the other guy. She looked relieved and said I can't give this to you its not for you.
I asked if it is the same stuff as my prescription from my doctor, and she said yes, but this is for him.
I checked the vial. It did match.
She took it away, and brought me a simple tetanus booster. She said it's the old kind but it's ok cause it will still work fine.
I talked to the other patient for a minute, he was getting his shot cause he fell down the steps drunk. He was still drunk. He was native too.
I think my doctor hated me.
