Anonymous Coward User ID: 79876339 United States 11/24/2021 02:12 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | What bullshit. The dindew tried to take the guys gun away. I would have fired in self defense as well. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79724041 Have you tried to find out what happened in the lead up? These guys jumped in a truck and chased the dude down. They chased a criminal down! Yes, they should have detained him alive until the police arried if posible, but make no mistake the "victim" was a criminal. No. He was snooping through a house under construction. They should have called the police to report a prowler. I would only advocate pursuing someone if you just witnessed a violent crime, while you are on the phone with 911 to let them know where the guy is traveling. Then when a police car shows up, you turn away and let them take care of business. These dudes were assholes looking for trouble. They found it and ended up killing someone. Snooping???? Is that what you are calling a burgler casing a neigjborhood? Wow. You are an ignorant liberal. We will all pray for your salvation. |

He was seen looking in windows of homes days before . Same clothes even . The victim was a shit stain and looking for shit to steal . FACT ! |

I would have fired in self defense as well. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79724041 I agree it was self-defense. But they had no business really running him down and stopping him to start with. We do have citizens arrest laws though or we did... But they should have called the cops. There's no way I could put them in prison for a long time though. I could have found him guilty on a lesser charge but not murder. Last Edited by Hadriana on 11/24/2021 02:17 PM |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 81229658 United States 11/24/2021 02:14 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | They suspected he was. They had no evidence and he had no stolen property. Someone saw him exploring a house construction site and thought he might be there to rob tools or something. He was committing a strong-arm robbery when he was assaulting McMichaels and trying to steal his shotgun. |

This, they got what they deserved. I don't want people like this roaming the streets. Good and fair verdict, but these people aren't the ones looting homes etc. Rednecks keep many places very safe. |

Because he was breaking into private property!!! Nope, he explored a home construction site. He may have been looking for tools or whatever. But he didn't take anything at that time. |

User ID: 43235713 United States 11/24/2021 02:16 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | i knew it. I knew that this would be compared to the Rittenhouse case, and i could see the facts were different in each case. (one does not justify the other). I did not follow the trial 24/7, but saw little pieces. what i did see that convinced me - Aubrey was basically loitering and gone into that house. The guy who shot him was suspicious of that kind of behavior. He followed him. then some time he shot the guy. if thats the basic facts, then there was no reason to shoot Aubrey. Some people dont like others to loiter and snoop in their neighborhood, because some do mischief, however, if Aubrey did not do mischief like robbery, then it was wrong to shoot Ajubrey just coz he was acting suspicious. He had been seen MULTIPLE times before in the same clothes looking in houses , going up to front doors and touching the door knobs to see if the doors opened . The Neighbors had a meeting about him . Things were stolen the weeks prior . Homeboy jogger in work boots . yea . All this stuff was ommited from the trial . |

These guys jumped in a truck and chased the dude down. because he was rooting their neighborhood and criminally trespassing on a regular basis. The local police even told them to be on the lookout. The McMichaels told police they suspected Arbery was a burglar because security cameras had recorded him several times in the unfinished house, which is located on their street. - NYPOST y 16, 2020Police officer told homeowner he could contact Ahmaud Arbery shooting suspect for help with potential trespassers, text message shows -CNN |

The video didn't show it aimed at him. It shows the guy run around and attack the guy with the gun. This should be appealed. |

I understand he took boots (he’s wearing them as he continues his run). If memory serves, the attackers owned that lot, or were performing work in it, have had multiple tools going missing, and they had enough. |

If you see a neighbor of yours being robbed or assaulted by a black man, don't move a single finger to defend them because, according to people's interpretation, you are looking for trouble. At the most, call the police. |

User ID: 75950402 United States 11/24/2021 02:18 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It would be nice to see African Americans care this much about the shooting and looting in other states. They pick and choose what they stand behind instead of changing their communities for the better. Yes, these guys deserve prison but so do all the thugs who shoot up cities everyday ~With forethought and malice Whitless enacted an EO giving nursing homes immunity from wrongful death prosecutions, forced them to take in infected patients and is responsible for over 6500+ nursing home deaths~ |
