i knew it.

I knew that this would be compared to the Rittenhouse case, and i could see the facts were different in each case. (one does not justify the other).

I did not follow the trial 24/7, but saw little pieces. what i did see that convinced me -

Aubrey was basically loitering and gone into that house. The guy who shot him was suspicious of that kind of behavior. He followed him. then some time he shot the guy.

if thats the basic facts, then there was no reason to shoot Aubrey. Some people dont like others to loiter and snoop in their neighborhood, because some do mischief, however, if Aubrey did not do mischief like robbery, then it was wrong to shoot Ajubrey just coz he was acting suspicious.
