Was the black dude a burglar or not?...
Quoting: Cannabis Kills People!.... He was a robber. They suspected he was. They had no evidence and he had no stolen property. Someone saw him exploring a house construction site and thought he might be there to rob tools or something. This was the day of ... He had been seen MULTIPLE times before in the same clothes looking in houses , going up to front doors and touching the door knobs to see if the doors opened . The Neighbors had a meeting about him . Things were stolen the weeks prior . Homeboy jogger in work boots . yea . All this stuff was ommited from the trial .
