Have you tried to find out what happened in the lead up?
These guys jumped in a truck and chased the dude down.
Quoting: Lady Jane Smith Because he was breaking into private property!!! Nope, he explored a home construction site. He may have been looking for tools or whatever. But he didn't take anything at that time. TBH, I have xplored construction sites. Why? Checking quality of workmanship to decide if I wanted to consider that builder for my construction job. That's a crime.
