TBH, I have xplored construction sites. Why? Checking quality of workmanship to decide if I wanted to consider that builder for my construction job. That's a crime. No, it is not. If there are signs and a fence maybe. Criminal Trespassing requires some other crime to be trespassing. You cant jump someone for coming onto your property and try to "Arrest" them with a shotgun and you DAMNED SURE cant do it on a public street.
