TBH, I have xplored construction sites.
Why?
Checking quality of workmanship to decide if I wanted to consider that builder for my construction job.

You cant jump someone for coming onto your property and try to "Arrest" them with a shotgun and you DAMNED SURE cant do it on a public street. Trespassing on construction sites in some states is a felony because of the giant theft problem. NO. Trespassing IS NOT just "being on someones land" Not even in Texas
