No I don't think it's the same case, this case had serious nuances.
One being Georgia's now dead citizens arrest law being vague.

The other is the perception that three men went after one, and that you can actually defend yourself by grabbing a gun.

That's really stupid though. If you grab someone's gun you're going to get shot in the stomach usually.

I swear the devil himself made this whole situation up. I could not have found all three men guilty though no f****** way.
