I have not been following this case. It was kind of eclipsed by the Rittenhouse thing - but is it true that the third guy, which followed the two in the truck and recorded the whole thing did not fire a shot? If so, I do not agree with charging that one with murder.

As for whether the others should be charged, I think it depends on whether they pointed their shotguns at the man before or after the man rushed and grabbed the shotgun. If the man first grabbed the shotgun, then I would have ruled not guilty. If they first pointed their shotguns at the man, then I would have ruled guilty.

I guess it's redundant to talk about, since the verdict has already been reached. Those are just my thoughts on the matter.
