You don't Get to play vigilante and citizens arrest and kill the person you're arresting... If anybody ever ran up to me and tried arresting me I think I'd resist too of they weren't cops

That doesn't give you the right to shoot me

You can't shoot somebody during a citizen's arrest even if they fight back.. there's no citizen is going to take a citizens arrest easily

I would fight back if a citizen tried to arrest me and I was confused

And You can't shoot me
